Pre-Order Policy - 

      - Pre-Order purchase price is binding and will not be Lowered or Raised under any circumstance. 

      - There are no refunds or exchanges of Pre-Ordered Item's, Unless of an error by EmeraldCitySportsCards.

      - If an ALLOCATION occurs A Prompt Refund will be issued for that allocated item.

      - Pre-Orders are orders that are placed before the product goes live, to make sure you get the product before it goes live pre-orders insure you get the product before it sells out when it goes live.  

      - Pre-Orders will SHIP when the Product arrives here. Products Usually arrive Here from the Distributor before The release date. 

      - A notification Email will be sent when product arrives and is getting shipped along with Tracking #.

Can I order pre-order and in-stock items at the same time?

Orders will only ship after all items on the order have been released. This means that if you order in-stock items with

pre-order items, your order will not be shipped until all pre-order items on the order have been released and received Here. To avoid this, We ask that you place separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items.

Shipping -  Orders placed on this website are subject to product availability. Orders placed on this website will be shipped according to our shipping policy. All purchases made on this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Thus, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this web site pass to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier. The purchaser is responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
